Modular housing estate in Ireland

This project is a modular housing estate constructed in Ireland, on the site of 4 hectares. It comprises 77 houses, each with an area of 43 to 58 m2. Each house consists of 3 modules, measuring 6 x 2,44 x 2,8 m; the whole estate includes 231 modules in total.

Each house consists of a residential, washroom and a communal module, and was designed for 4-6 residents; the total number of residents per estate is 308-462 people.

All of the houses were equipped with a photovoltaic system comprising 12 panels, with a total capacity of 4.2 kWp.

The completion time for the project is 8 weeks, from order to the handover of the keys to the final house.

The houses were delivered in full compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including the certificates required under the Irish law and EU standards – such as the Building Regulations and the BER rating. The project meets the requirements of the following certificates: ISO 9001:2015, AQAP 2110:2016, NATO NCAGE, NSN NATO, the B-022/2019 licence, and the following welding qualification certificates: EN 1090-2:2018, EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and the TÜVRheinland certificate.
