Modular Housing Estate – Ukraine
This project is a modular housing estate constructed in Ukraine, on the site of 2.5 hectares. It comprises 540 modules in total, measuring 6 m x 2,44 m x 2,8 m. each. There are 240 fully-equipped apartments in total.
The estate comprises single-storey (20 buildings x 9 modules = 4 apartments in total) and two-storey buildings (20 buildings x 18 modules = 8 apartments in total). The area of each apartment is 30 m2.
For this project, residential, washroom and communal modules were employed, as well as the HVAC systems – air conditioning, ventilation and heating.
The completion time for the project is 8 weeks.
Each house was delivered in full compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. It meets the requirements of the following certificates: ISO 9001:2015, AQAP 2110:2016, NATO NCAGE, NSN NATO, the B-022/2019 licence, and the following welding qualification certificates: EN 1090-2:2018, EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and the TÜVRheinland certificate.
