Container Town for RARS

This project is a container town, prepared under a contract with Governmental Strategic Reserves Agency (RARS), designed for the total number of 1 536 people.

Overall, the town comprises 1 092 containers (6 container towns in total) that amount to a total area of 15 834 m2. Each module (container) measures 6 x 2,44 x 2,88 m.

The town is composed of the following modules: residential, sanitary, staff welfare, medical, along with a power generator module, fresh water tanks and a wastewater tank.

The completion time for the project is 6 weeks, from order to the handover of the first delivery.
Operational readiness of equipment is ensured within 24 hours from notification, while personnel readiness – within 72 hours.

The town can be dismantled in 3 working days from notification.

The project can be delivered in Poland, the UCPM (the European Union’s Civil Protection Mechanism) countries and the rest of the world.

Additional solutions include a mobile generator module (a distribution board with a generator, an emergency mushroom-type safety switch, mesh protection), two containers with potable water tanks and booster pump sets (insulated and winter-heated), a 25 m³ above-ground wastewater tank with an automatic pumping system and 20/25 m³ level signalling, as well as a modified accessible WC container layout.

The building was delivered in full compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. It meets the requirements of the following certificates: ISO 9001:2015, AQAP 2110:2016, NATO NCAGE, NSN NATO, the B-022/2019 licence, and the following welding qualification certificates: EN 1090-2:2018, EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and the TÜVRheinland certificate.
