The exterior walls, in turn, are made of fire-resistant panels from pressed rock wool, cladding planks, expanded aluminium plates and wood plastic composite fluted cladding. The energy independence of the structure is guaranteed by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof, with a total output of approx. 2.5 kWp, an inverter and an energy storage system with a capacity of 5 kWh. This technology enables the uninterrupted use of electric appliances and full operation of the building even after a power outage.
